The expected wearable life of Paragon Elite Boxing Gloves refers to the typical duration they are designed to last when used under standard training or sparring conditions and maintained in line with our care recommendations. Our gloves are meticulously engineered for boxing, Muay Thai, and other striking disciplines, combining durability, protection, and performance.

All combat sports gear, including high-quality leather and synthetic gloves, will naturally degrade with time and usage. Padding, wrist support, stitching, and exterior materials may show signs of wear depending on training intensity, frequency, and storage conditions.

At Paragon Elite, we design our boxing gloves to withstand the demands of heavy bag work, pad sessions, and sparring rounds. When properly cared for, they will offer long-term protection and performance. However, like all equipment, gloves have a natural wearable life. When padding breaks down, wrist support weakens, or external materials begin to deteriorate, it may be time for a repair or responsible replacement.

 How We Assess Glove Longevity

Our support team evaluates each product based on:

• Type of gloves (e.g. sparring gloves, bag gloves, hybrid)

• Frequency of use (daily training vs. occasional sparring)

• Level of impact/stress during use

• Maintenance (e.g. ventilation, cleaning, drying practices)

• Visible damage or wear

• Age of the product

To ensure a fair and transparent review, we may request detailed usage history and supporting images. In some cases, a full assessment may not be possible without this information.

How to Make a Warranty or Product Lifetime Repair Claim

1. Submit Your Claim

Email our support team at info@paragonelitefight.com with the following:

• Your original order number

• Clear, high-resolution photos of the gloves and the area of concern

• A description of the issue (When did it appear? How are the gloves used?)

• Confirmation of storage conditions and cleaning routine

If the gloves were purchased from an authorised third-party retailer, we can still assist with repairs, though full warranty coverage applies only to items purchased directly from paragonelitefight.com.

2. Send Your Gloves

Once your claim has been approved, you will receive instructions to return the gloves through our returns process.

If the damage does not fall under warranty terms, we’ll offer a detailed repair quotevia our certified glove repair specialist. Please ensure your gloves are clean and drybefore sending them. If they are returned unwashed, our team will clean them for a nominal fee, which may result in delays.

Repairs typically take 6–8 weeks, depending on the extent of the work and seasonal demand.

3. Get Your Gloves Back

If your gloves qualify under our Overwatch Warranty, we’ll repair and return them at no extra cost. If the repair is not covered, you will receive a quotation, and we’ll only proceed once you approve the cost.
