International Shipping

We ship worldwide from our EU warehouse using DHL Express.

EU orders (Greece, Cyprus, and all EU member states): free shipping, duties and taxes included. No customs charges on delivery.

UK orders: free shipping. Import duties may apply on delivery depending on order value — we recommend checking UK customs thresholds before ordering.

All other international orders: free shipping. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's customs thresholds before ordering.

All orders are tracked from dispatch to delivery. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

Express & Standard Shipping

All orders ship via DHL Express — there is no standard (slow) shipping option. We use express shipping as the default because it provides full tracking, reliable delivery times, and better handling for premium gear.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Greece and Cyprus: 1–3 business days
  • EU countries: 2–5 business days
  • UK: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of world: 4–8 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times depend on customs clearance and local courier handover in your country.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to countries subject to international trade sanctions or EU export restrictions. This includes certain regions of Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and other sanctioned territories.

We do not ship to PO Boxes — a physical delivery address is required for DHL Express.

Lost or Damaged Orders

All orders are shipped with DHL Express tracking. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, check your tracking link first — delays at customs or local courier handover are the most common cause.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at [email protected] with your order number. We will open an investigation with DHL.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before opening fully, then email [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Do not discard damaged packaging — it may be needed for the DHL claim.

PO Box & APO Shipping

We ship via DHL Express, which requires a physical delivery address. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
