Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking number. Click the link in the email to track your order directly on the DHL website.

If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email [email protected] with your order number and we will send the tracking details manually.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

How to Order

Browse the store and add items to your cart. When ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout.

At checkout you will need to enter your delivery address and payment details. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

If you need help choosing the right product or size before ordering, email us and we will advise.

Product Care Instructions

Boxing Gloves (Superare S40 and S50):

  • After every session: open the velcro strap fully and leave gloves open to air dry
  • Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth after training
  • Apply leather conditioner every 2–4 weeks
  • Never machine wash or tumble dry
  • Do not dry near direct heat (radiators, sunlight, hair dryers)
  • Use cedar inserts or activated charcoal bags between sessions to absorb moisture

BJJ Gis (Ronin range):

  • Cold wash only — 30°C maximum
  • Wash inside out with mild detergent, no bleach
  • Hang dry only — no tumble dryer
  • Do not iron the collar (EVA foam will deform under heat)
  • Wash after every session
  • All Ronin gis are pre-shrunk — no significant shrinkage expected at cold temperatures

Warranty & Repairs

All products sold by Paragon Elite Fight Group carry a 2-year warranty in line with EU statutory requirements. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in leather, stitching, or foam (boxing gloves)
  • Seam failures, collar defects, or fabric manufacturing faults (BJJ gis)

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular training use
  • Damage from improper care (machine washing leather gloves, tumble drying gis)
  • Accidental damage

To make a warranty claim, email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will respond within two business days with next steps.

Returns & Refunds

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Our 15-day window exceeds this requirement.

Sizing Help

Choosing the right size is the most common question we get. Here is a quick guide:

Boxing gloves (Superare S40 and S50):

  • 10 oz: competition and pad work for lighter fighters
  • 12 oz: general training, most common choice
  • 14 oz: sparring for lighter to mid-weight fighters
  • 16 oz: sparring for heavier fighters or those who prefer more protection
  • S40: compact fit — suits narrower hands
  • S50: wide fit — suits broader hands or those who prefer more room

BJJ gis (Ronin range):

  • A2: 167–180 cm, 75–86 kg
  • A2L: 180–191 cm, 75–88 kg (longer sleeves and jacket body)
  • A3: 180–188 cm, 86–102 kg (wider body and shoulders)

Discounts for Gyms & Fight Clubs

We offer wholesale pricing for gyms, BJJ academies, fight camps, and sports retailers on orders above €2,500. There is no minimum unit quantity — you can mix products across the Superare and Ronin ranges.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We process and ship orders quickly — if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it and you will need to follow the returns process instead.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
