European Union – Right of Withdrawal & 15-Day Cooling-Off Period

At Paragon Elite Fight Group, we stand behind every product we craft. If you are a customer located in the European Union, you are entitled by law to a 14-day right of withdrawal — we extend this to 15 days as a reflection of our commitment to your satisfaction.

Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to cancel your order within 15 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without providing justification. This right applies to all standard purchases made on paragonelitefight.com by EU-based customers.

How to Exercise Your Right

You may notify us of your withdrawal decision by:

  • Logging into your account at paragonelitefight.com and submitting a return or cancellation request directly from your order history, or
  • Contacting us by email at [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to withdraw

We will confirm receipt of your request promptly and without delay.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund under the right of withdrawal, returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Packed in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Paragon Elite Fight Group reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return Shipping

The direct cost of returning goods is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Items returned without a prior approved request will not be accepted.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods — or upon receipt of proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first — we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the transaction.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g. embroidered gis, custom fight gear)
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
