We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment options may vary depending on your country.
For B2B and wholesale orders above €2,500, bank transfer is available. Contact [email protected] to arrange.
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details. All payment pages are SSL encrypted.
Installment Payments
We offer installment payment options through Shopify Payments at checkout.
Klarna — available at checkout for eligible orders. Options include Pay in 3 (three interest-free instalments) and Pay Later (defer payment up to 30 days). Availability depends on your country and Klarna's approval process.
ONSDC — additional buy now, pay later options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
All instalment options are shown automatically at checkout if available for your order and location. Terms and eligibility are determined by the provider, not by us. Contact the provider directly for questions about your account or approval.
Currency & Exchange Rates
All prices on our store are displayed in Euro (€). If you are ordering from outside the Eurozone, your bank or payment provider will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee — this is outside our control. We recommend checking with your bank if you are unsure.
The currency displayed at checkout is the currency you will be charged in.
Billing & Invoicing
An order confirmation is sent to your email address immediately after purchase. This serves as your receipt.
If you require a VAT invoice for business purposes, email [email protected] with your order number and VAT registration details. We will issue a VAT invoice within two business days.
For EU business customers, we can issue invoices with your company VAT number for cross-border B2B transactions. Contact us before placing your order if you need this.
